Nobody likes collection calls, but I got one from this company from an Enterprise rental that I apparently got a parking ticket on (whoops). Enterprise never sent me any letters to notify me of this, so alas it went unpaid, but this company was just doing their job in collecting from me. The agent left me a very polite message, and when I called back, was very polite, friendly and courteous. If I am going to get a collections call, then I'd hope for it to be from a guy like this, lol! Thanks Will.
