  I have had them install equipment and Jay Jackson was Great. I have been in the store many times for this and that, great service when you can get it... I ordered a part recently, came in quicker and was cheaper then told... How awesome is that? So why not 5 stars? Simple, everytime I go in I wait and wait while everyone walking in with a chlorine jug gets served first. After the third or fourth person, it starts to get very annoying. First come first serve, that's how it should work. - 1 star for that... And they hadn't even asked why I was there yet... Just oh, you need chlorine because I see your jug, I will help you next. This has happened constantly... Not cool. Otherwise, a great family run company that I would recommend highly to anyone think about getting a pool or has one already. Just make sure to bring your jug for faster service.

  Bought pool supplies from Jackson's for years and now we just purchased a spa from them. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, convenient location and hours.
