I am delighted to share an extremely positive experience with Saratoga Homes. We built our new home with Saratoga throughout the early pandemic, (a recipe for disaster.)
Doug, Ashley, Colton and team took incredible care in guiding us through the process of building a new home. They took the time to understand our budget, and help us design our dream home with that in mind. There were no surprises. The billing was fair, the staff were highly communicative and remarkably with all of the industry delays throughout the pandemic, they were able to get us into our new home 45 DAYS EARLY. (That's unheard of.) They are miracle workers, delivering on cost, on time and on quality. Thank you Saratoga.

P.S. Over a year later, and we can't find a single nail pop!

Saratoga homes is hands down the best builder in town. Family run business that prides themselves on perfection. The whole team is amazing and they made the whole process stress free. You know your getting a top quality home . Thanks Ashley , Colton , Tanner , Doug , Emile , Milt , Joe and and everyone else who helped build our home !
