(December 19, 2023, 6:11 pm)I highly recommend this centre, specifically working with Dr. Richelle Almeida-Knight. She is so knowledgeable, patient and kind-hearted. She made the visit with our 10 month old amazing and we got so much out of our appointment. The centre’s reception and other staff were warm and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Postpartum I have gone to the free mom group, massages with Christina, infant massage with Charlotte and chiropractor treatment with Dr Andy for my babe, stroller boot camp, and I’ve taken Danielle’s mothering your mind course. So many options and services!! It’s been sooo nice having a welcoming place that offers so many prenatal and postpartum services
