The whole process took less than 3 weeks and in the end the carpeting looks and feels tremendous and totally exceeded our expectations. Deacon were professional, efficient, and even cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. For any of our future flooring needs it will be Deacon for sure. They have earned customers for life. Jim and Daniel were an absolute pleasure to do business with.
They were very polite and friendly right from the beginning, making us feel welcome and ensuring all of our questions and concerns were addressed right away. They understood exactly what my family and I were looking for, and guided us every step of the way.
Jim provided great advice, a variety of different options, and sold us our final product at a very competitive price - including delivery and setup. This man really knows how to run a great business and provide excellent customer service.
I will definitely be recommending Deacon Flooring to my friends and colleagues.
