  Roy did a great job on repairing our stove. He was prompt and insured that we were 100% satisfied. He went beyond expectations and I would certainly recommend his services to anyone. We would have Roy back for any other issues that we may encounter.

  I have called on Roy multiple time, he has always provided in incredible service. I have recommended him to well over 15 people and they all appreciate his customer service and workmanship. It is rare to find an honest and reliable technician but Roy is definitely the best.

  We called one night last week and were lucky enough to have Roy come to our home to take a look at our washing machine the very next morning. He was very prompt, determined what the problem was and then was back the same evening with a replacement part. We had used this group approx. 4 months before at our old house on a different washing machine and had the same great experience. Overall the service was very professional and affordable. I would highly recommend Roy at Better General Appliances.

  Called Roy for service on my washing machine this morning, he returned my call promptly and came out to look at the washer same day. He was professional, very knowledgeable and very polite. Although the washer was beyond being saved, he took the time to explain what the issues were, why it couldn’t be fixed and what I should look for in a replacement. Thanks so much Roy, I’ll definitely call you again if I need help with any of my other appliances.

  Very pleasant experience from beginning to end! Roy's direct line is listed in his ad and he answered the call right away (no lengthy wait time for voicemail message to be returned). He was able to provide me with same-day service. Roy gave me an arrival time of between 3:00 and 6:00, and arrived ahead of time. He diagnosed & fixed the problem promptly. The rate he charged seemed very fair.
  
  He’s friendly, knowledgeable, honest, very customer-service oriented. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs. Should the need arise, I will definitely call Roy again!
