Been here since May 2015 in a redone apt. upper floor
Maintenance responds quickly and well.
Elevators are being rebuilt, one to go, good job.
Other tenants are nice and polite folks.
I have lived in the past in the Bristol and Rosedale nearby.
This is WAY better and very quiet, well soundproofed.
