(January 20, 2023, 12:58 pm)I got my winter tires installed here for my Tesla Model 3. I was reasonably satisfied with their work but at times I felt that there was a lack of experience in handling my car. I had to return a few times for issues which should have been handled at the first visit which above all was not ideal use of time for either of us. The guy at the front desk is very helpful and kudos to him, the mechanic who worked on my car was also receptive to my issues. Over all, as a new business I think they can improve which will definitely bring more business and the customer service can use more finishing touches over all! I wish them luck and I hope they take these reviews into consideration as it definitely dictates my purchasing behaviour. 3.5 stars for now, 4 stars if they are knowledgeable on all their tasks and 5 when the customer service is exceptional!
