  Made a few purchases from these guys, they have always been ok, prices are fair and service was good.
  
  Today there was an issue... went to purchase 6 rolls of sod and aggregate and they brought them out to my car (instead of picking them up at the barn as I have done in the past) I was in a rush so didn’t have time to inspect them, take them home and they are COOKED, very warm to the touch decomposed, burned, and likely from yesterday or worse and already decomposing.
  
  I called in to let them know and they were nice and willing to return them. This was good but of no help to me, stone yard is 25min away from my house and I have three little kids and a wife that works, takes forever to find some free time to finish a project. Ended up throwing out half the rolls, put out three of them and they look so bad. Really disappointed. Going to throw some topsoil and seed out and write off the $24 worth of garbage sod they dumped on me. Don’t really understand why a retailer would do this to a small order, I would be handpicking the best 6 rolls I have instead of bottom of the pallet garbage....
  
  Three stars as I have not had an issue during past visits and hopefully this is an isolated incident.

  Easy straightforward visit, got what I needed right away, staff was very helpful and friendly.
