(November 18, 2023, 12:41 pm)We felt very lucky that we had chosen Cracknell pools and backyards to build our in-ground pool. They are professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We put the pool in our small backyard, and the entrance to the backyard is hard for the machine to get in and out, but Brett and his team did a challenge and an amazing job for our pool. We are so happy with the entire process from start to finish, we recommend using Cracknell to build your dream pool.

Brett and his team showed up everyday, worked hard and communicated with us all the way through. They never cut corners. If he saw that that there may be a better way to move forward, he would advise us and allow us to make the necessary changes. We have received many compliments on the finished product. (May 25, 2023, 6:40 pm)Brett and his team installed a pool, deck, and fence for us when we built our home a few years back. This was the second pool install we had the Cracknell team complete; which speaks to their service and value.
When we had a recent issue with equipment, Brett was responsive and quickly came to fix it at a time that worked with our schedule.
The price was more than reasonable, and less than others we inquired with.
We appreciate the owner being available, and on site, as well as communicative about any questions we have.
We do recommend the Cracknell team, and would not hesitate to call them again. -

Brett was on time everyday and did what was exactly promised. He answered all my questions and suggested things I would have never thought of for the back yard. I would highly recommend them to any one. You cannot go wrong.
