Bought couple properties in London ON and Himal helped me for the last one and he did the best assistance as ever possible..! Helping with background check of area and neighbourhood, surveys of average prices around the year for the area we are looking for and give us a range that how much we should pay for the property we like.
In nutshell, Do not go anywhere else and just go with Himal. -

He is very motivating and a great person himself. Before our lease was signed, he would always provide me with moral support assuring that we will get this signed and we do not need to worry about anything.

I drove from Kitchener on several weekends and Himal had homes lined up for me back to back according to my criteria. He even did a second visit to a home for me and video called so I could see the details of the house again without having to drive to London. We ended up bidding on 2 homes (we had seen at least 25 houses) and closed the deal on the second with his recommendation. Great experience. Highly recommended. Thanks Himal.
