(May 23, 2021, 10:06 am)As a Law Clerk, I had the opportunity to work with Jacob recently, regarding a mutual client whose real estate transaction turned into a bit of a firestorm. Jacob was very helpful in providing information I required to satisfy a picky Lender when the underwriting standards were shifting with the breeze. As a ... shall we say ... "well seasoned" Law Clerk ... it is not often I encounter such co-operation and respect from a lawyer. His responses were prompt and greatly helpful in satisfying Lender conditions. Happily, the deal closed and our client was ecstatic. It was my distinct pleasure to work with Jacob and I can only imagine that his same attention to detail, dedication, empathy and professionalism extends to his clients. I believe in giving praise where it's due. Kudos Mr. Aitken.
