Rick from Ashworth Drainage was very helpful and knowledgeable on any and all drainage related questions I had for him. He took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and honestly and I can’t say enough good things about that. If you need any sort of drainage work you need to use these guys. Thanks again Rick!

Great troubleshooters, listened to my concerns, cared to fix the underlying issue, and kind/courteous. For a sump pump/water issue in my yard and basement, I had consulted other companies in London who either didn’t listen or weren’t sure how to fix the issue. After consulting Ashworth, they were great at suggesting options and ultimately fixed the issue. They are honest, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. Highly suggest this company!

I have called upon the expertise of Ashland drainage twice. Both times I received expert, and experienced information to help me resolve my drainage issues. This company is a perfect place to call if you want to know (and understand) your options—without the hard sell. Clearly a reputable and reliable drainage company that I would highly recommend to friends and family. Sterling.

We called Ashworth Drainage after our basement window project took a turn for the worse for a third time. September 2020 we had a reputable window contractor and an excavation contractor in to install a typical small basement foundation window.

During the installation, we had two serious water issues in the basement. In January 2021 we had a wet basement once again as a result of improper drainage at the window well - it flooded and poured in through the interior wall cavity.

We decided to cut ties with the contractors and called Ashworth Drainage to fix it. Ashworth came within a few days of our call and re-excavated down to the weepers, inspected for problems, then permanently fixed the drainage issues.

The team was professional, personable, courteous, quick and tidy.
We are so relieved to put this project behind us and to know it's warranted for 20 years.

We called Ashworth Drainage to seek advice regarding a concern we had with our recently installed pool deck drainage system. We felt that the system that was installed was deficient in various ways. Rick took the time to assess the issues we put forward. He then recommended a sound proposal on how to proceed in addressing our concerns with company that installed the drain. We are most grateful for Rick’s time and expertise, which he freely shared. Many thanks, Rick.
