They are fast to respond to any questions, they explain every step of the way, they are competent, and extremely thorough. with JFM you always feel like you are the priority! Our real estate agent suggested we try JFM and we are glad we did. The difference in service levels was immediate and apparent. The owner/main engineer (Frank) frequently answers the phone directly and provides his suggestions in a forthright, detailed and accurate way.
At an operational level, they arrived at exactly the day/date they had established weeks in advance and completed the scheduled work well within the estimated budget they had established for the job.
Yes, we can easily and highly recommend working with this company.
