As first time home buyers, we are so glad that we went with a mortgage agent, and we feel so lucky that we were able to work with Allison. Buying a house is a stressful and confusing process, and Allison was always so unbelievable kind, patient, and empathetic. She was also just fun to talk to! Every time I chatted with Allison, I felt like I was chatting with a friend. (A very knowledgeable friend!) Throughout the process, my husband and I would often confuse ourselves when we went through all of the information alone. This would lead to me sending long, stressed out emails to Allison. Each time, Allison would email back so quickly, and she would often ask if she could just give us a quick call instead. I found that so helpful-- sometimes you really just need to talk it out instead of sending a bunch of emails back and forth. Allison has a great way of explaining complex information in a really easy to understand way.

Overall, we would definitely recommend Allison (and Taylor Mortgages in general). She gives great advice, knows her stuff, has the patience of a saint, and is beyond easy to talk to!

When we were introduced to Allison, we were in a desperate situation that had a very quick turnaround. Not only did she provide us with incredible service, she was so compassionate towards our needs and circumstances. I am beyond grateful for the work she did for us in securing our mortgage and in being so aware with the extra hand-holding we required.
