(November 2, 2023, 7:55 pm)I am very impressed at the level of service I received. I needed a specific size of mirror to fix something and surprise my wife for her birthday. I thought I should easily be able to find the size I wanted at any store and just remove the frame, well, that was not the case. So I googled and got Provincial. I went there and was greeted very warmly by Adely. She took the time to listen to what I needed and to make great suggestions. Ultimately I placed an order and a day later it was ready and custom cut to the specs I needed.
I would recommend Provincial to anyone, anytime, for anything. Big or small, it would seem they do it all and with a level of customer service that is rare to find these days!! Thank you!!! -

(May 30, 2023, 7:15 pm)A+! Wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Made custom storm windows for our 1882 home. Fit and look great. Office showed pleasant, professional communication. Guys who did the install were awesome, too. Such a good experience, especially compared to a recent bad one with another company I won't bother naming lol. Go with Provincial.

(March 18, 2021, 4:09 pm)I have been a long time client of Provincial Glass & Mirror LTD for my personal and business. The owner and the team are amazing people. They are very reliable, professional, and excellent job. We recently had an issue with the window not closing properly at our rental home. I thought we may have to replace the window. We called Provincial Glass to come look at the window. The office follow up with us the next day, and let us know that it was just a minor repair, no need to replace the window at all. Not only the good news of no replacement is necessary but there is no charge for the service call either. I couldn't believe what I heard. Provincial Glass is properly the only one company that I have ever seen doing such kindness to their customers. Thank you Brett and his Team for all their hard work I would only use Provincial Glass and would strongly recommend them to all my family and friends.
