She has always been out go-to person so havent had the opportunity to work with anyone else very much. The rates are good and service is great so would highly recommend them

(January 20, 2016, 9:25 pm)I may be considered different by noting that I do actually look forward to dealing with Ian's office related to my home and auto insurance needs.
As an example: their location is a short walk from my home. The day after my wife found a crack in her new car's windshield I walked over to find Darlene at her post. The claims experience was not dreadful at all. Darlene handled the process with professionalism and aplomb, guiding us through a first-time event in very short order.
It is indeed reassuring to know Ian and his team are easy to contact, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are good people who genuinely care about other people. -

Not only does he take the time to explain all of my options where insurance is concerned, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to investments. For years I have struggled with the lack of interest and input from various financial advisers and institutions, but when I made the switch, Ian was able to explain everything in a way that made perfect sense to me and I was very confident that we were making sound choices for my future.
