I had made a call to their competition first and was spoken to rudely (wont name the business) ..So I called Breathe Easy and not knowing anything about Cpac machines , it was explained thoroughly on the phone ,Appointment was made and the time was taken to explain everything to me ...they even made follow up calls to see how I was making out ...even the day I went back to purchase my equipment ..they were polite ,professional and I left feeling totally assured I had made the right purchase at the right place ...I cant recommend them enough ....and trust this review as I don't normally leave any ..good or bad ...

A few months ago I was convinced to have a sleep study done following years of snoring and tiredness. I contacted my doctor and he told me that it would 8-9 months to get into the London sleep clinic. He said that Bluewater in Sarnia has a much shorter wait time and so he referred me there. I had the study done a few weeks later and found the experience to be very easy and comfortable. The staff were very polite, professional and respectful.
A few weeks later Dr Kapoor called with the results. He was very easy to talk to. He gave me some in depth information regarding my now diagnosed sleep apnea. He also gave me a prescription to try a CPAP device.
It seems that these devices are in very short supply and thankfully he also gave me a list of vendors in my area. I contacted all of them and had replies from 3 or 4 mostly that they will be able to get a machine for me in 3-4 months. Some still have not replied.
However, Breathe Easy on Horton St London actually set me up with a loaner unit THE SAME DAY. I have used it now for 5 weeks or so and during that time they monitored my sleep daily and sent the results to Bluewater. Yesterday I received my own brand new machine. Amazing.
Also amazing is the difference in how I feel daily. Increased energy, don't fall asleep if I sit down after dinner anymore and my wife no longer needs ear plugs at night.
If you're struggling with sleep and snoring I highly recommend Bluewater Sleep disorder clinic. If your results show that you could benefit from a CPAP machine and you're in the London area I highly recommend Breathe Easy. Their staff are highly trained professionals with years of service. They will certainly make your transition to using a CPAP as smooth and easy as possible.
