(July 2, 2023, 11:34 am)The service is very slow, they don't know how to divide the work between ubers and customers at the premises. the wait is very long. They put ingredients that I did not select and they were going to give me my food the same. The food selection system is bad, instead of indicating on your ticket what you want, indicate with a symbol? What should not carry that causes confusion. understaffed

(July 2, 2023, 12:56 am)I had the shawarma fries before and it was fantastic. The flavour and spice was just perfect and not overly powering. This time I returned to try other food item on the menu and dine in! You order at the machine located on the left side of the entrance. Lots of parking, drive thru section was roomy as well. The restaurant itself was clean and lots of dine in seating. The food was decent and nicely presented. The price 8.99 for a small wrap was reasonable. The chicken shawarma was a fair size and filled with lots of vegetables, however I did expect more food with the chicken salad bowl especially paying $12 for it. Felt like it was just a small grab of lettuce and the smallest scope of chicken. Overall, the experience was good.

The recommended wraps, bowls, Falafel and poutines were delicious. I highly recommend visiting Shelby's and requesting Jaber's assistance for a fantastic meal served with a warm smile.
