(August 3, 2023, 11:18 pm)I have a positive review to share, which is that Lisa Levins the Operations Manager and Emilio the superintendent have been extremely nice to me and my dog. There were some mean neighbours who were bullying me and calling the cops on me and my dog but the administration with Lisa and Emilio have been kind to me and assisted me, reassured me and gave me the feeling that 848 Kipps Lane is a safe place and accepting place for a person who has a disability and a person who has a dog (aka myself). There are no bed bugs here which is great and the community is overall a great place to be. The rent is not too expensive compared to other places in town and also it is convenient near the Shoppers Drug Mart and grocery stores.
