They never got upset and eventually added my appointments to my google calendar which was a lifesaver). Felt welcomed everytime. Professional, friendly, and useful service. Bonus: They always have yummy mints ☺

(December 13, 2019, 1:59 am)I have been going to CBI Byron since 2016 . I have great experience with all the staff , starting from the receptionists to the physiotherapist and the assistants . I was seeing Alison for the last few years and she is great therapist . Now I am seeing Jordan and I found her an excellent therapist with the assistant Laura . They care much about patients and keep the appointments on time. I really recommend them for every one.

It is always very clean.
All staff there starting from the front desk staff to everyone else are very polite, professional, helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcome each and every time!
Michele B. is such an amazing and very knowledgeable physiotherapist. She always takes the time to work with me and always ensure that the treatment plan is definitely helping me recover.
Overall I definitely recommend CBI to anyone that is in need for any of the services offered at the Byron location! -

(November 13, 2019, 3:38 pm)This is the best physiotherapy in town. Michelle has worked hard and diligently with me, to restore better range if motion in my knee. The staff at the front desk are friendly and efficient. I highly recommended CBI at Byron to anyone looking for physio.
