(December 22, 2020, 4:29 am)I’ve been to so many ToysRus but this is the first time I’ve been at this location. I was actually just passing by London(driving from Toronto to Windsor) and ordered something at this location for pick up. First off, the customer service is excellent! I picked up my order and they had it ready and also asked me if I needed help to put it in my car. The ops manager( I didn’t catch his name) was very friendly and nice. You can tell when someone really enjoys and loves their job. I had staff ask me if I needed any help or if I’m looking for something specific. I picked up a trampoline and they were very nice to assist me putting it in my cart. The shelves were well stocked and everything was organized. I think the ops manager said this toyrus was one of the top 3 largest locations. All staff were smiling even though they were wearing a masks you can tell they were all happy to be there.

(November 26, 2020, 3:09 pm)My kids love Toys R Us, it is always a hit and the staff are always friendly. I remember going to a different Toys R Us with my Mom when I was kid. Great memories!
