(October 22, 2023, 2:41 am)I've had parts show up almost right away and also in 7 days so don't expect it to be right away on some stuff. This time it was a week later but I saved a bunch which helps me keep a 15 year old car on the road. Great job and exactly the same as getting from a Parts Dept, but cheaper ;)

(September 19, 2023, 5:18 pm)TPD did everything they said they would and delivered the parts I asked for in line with my expectations. Communication was clear and inline with 24 hour (business days) turnaround. I would recommend them and would do business with TPD again. Prices were better than dealership.
MORE DETAIL: I ordered parts to install a hitch on a new car shortly before the Labour Day weekend and sent an email asking for an update. The email was responded to shortly after the weekend. To their credit, TPD sought to confirm the parts corresponded to my car. The car is a 2024, so the database did not yet link the parts to my car (I was already aware of this). TPD asked I waive my right to return the parts, which I did. Due to the weight (class III hitch assembly), I was asked to pay extra for shipping and needed to pick it up 40 minutes away. Another set of parts were delivered by Canada Post (which had its own issues that are not TPD’s fault). I’d have given 5 stars if the shipping choices were more convenient for me and more flexibility around returns…but I understand the reasons behind the latter. -

(September 16, 2023, 2:44 pm)So far so good. Parts were shipped out within the times provided on their website and e-mails. I see from other reviews people aren't aware some parts take extra time and all depends on stock levels. This is just the Post Covid world we live in. I'll update this review if anything changes but if not I'm enjoying this process so far.
Update: parts were fantastic and I got my repair done. Will use TPD again for OEM parts. -

(July 7, 2023, 6:14 pm)I ordered new lug nuts and they came fast, but after using them the finish started rusting on my car after a few months. Either it was counterfeit or they changed suppliers, but I was trying to avoid this in the first place by buying oem.
