(March 28, 2022, 6:35 pm)I have a Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead 4 years old. Following the Dyson instructions I cleaned the filter, let dry for 24 hours, replaced it and the vacuum would not power on. Contacted Dyson. First contact they said the battery had failed. Second contact they said the entire motor and battery had failed. Estimated cost to replace $200 plus (Dyson had no replacement motors in stock so could not get a quote). Googled Dyson service in London and got London Vacuum Plus. Took the unit in. In 2 minutes Ray diagnosed that the small plastic clip in the filter which enables power to the unit had broken, so no power was going to the unit. Replaced Filter for $25.00 and vacuum works perfectly. Ray is very knowledgable and would highly recommend using his services.

London Vacuum Plus fixed the cord & also changed the filter. I was coming from a distance, and the representative had this done the same day. 5/5 Stars for this place.
