  THE BAD: Our complaints would be that they were messy inside our home. No apologies in regards to having dripped caulking on the 100 year old newly refinished master bedroom wood floor. No apologies for dirty hand prints on walls. The windows arrived custom new and they dirtied them during the install. No attempt to clean the window casings or the windows themselves from their dirty hand prints. Minimal interior clean-up. Intermediate level of window caulking experience. The caulking was caked on with dried caulking ridges everywhere. They spread excess caulking all over the white vinyl window itself rather than cleaning the caulking off of their hands and vinyl. They attempted to caulk vast gaps in one shot where it required several coats of caulking over two days. They could have also used 20 minute caulking if a second day was not in the cards. We don't smoke. All 4 Beaumart workers were a smoker and smoked on our property with 2 cigarette butts on our lawn left behind. Once the aluminum capping went on, no attempt at cleaning the capping from dirty installer hands. We will have to go up on ladders to clean the aluminum ourselves. They left dirt behind on our brand new roof. We will have to go up to clean up. No telephone call or in-person follow-up for deficiencies, just an emailed bill the following day. THE GOOD: John provided levity and quality capping end-results. Perfect window fit compliments of Chris and Ken Easton's measurements. They showed up on time. They cleaned up the yard after themselves. Only took 2 days to remove the old and to cap and install 9 new windows. Quality Gentek product.

  We had Beaumart replace all the windows in our home and we are very happy with the end result. From the initial quote to completed installation, the sales and installation team were professional, transparent, and their attention to detail was very impressive, all at a competitive price. It is an older home and we appreciated the care that went into the work and helping us maintain some of the original aesthetics to match the era of the house, which was important to us. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects.

  We had Beaumart out to do our whole house full of windows, doors and siding. We were extremely impressed with the finished product. The installers seemed eager to please and explained there reasoning whenever we asked questions. Thanks again Beaumart for the service.
