Yesterday I bought another vehicle through auto focus, Randy went above and beyond to make sure I was driving it this weekend.
I definitely recommend this company

(July 10, 2019, 1:51 am)I called in to request a deferral for my payment and was helped with honesty, courtesy, politeness and professionalism. I had called a few weeks back but due to timing the customer service rep was unable to assist me with my request. They did however, provide me with knowledge to be able to try again at the appropriate time. Great experience. I have been a customer for over a year now and am just wowed by the courtesy and integrity this team seems to emanate. Thank you!

They may be growing into a larger lender.. but they sure still care about the little people who have helped them along the way. Keep up the great personal service!!!
