Good selection but it was all frozen. Nothing "fresh"
One of the best sausages I have had in a long, long time....called the "pancake sausage" and it's a recipe from a sugar Bush family that does the pancake breakfast and it's only made during the time when the sap is running.
Definately a GREAT sausages and a must to try .....
