Love the classes it's such a wonderful environment, and I am always being pushed to my fullest potential with Coach Kyle, his knowledge and training has brought me so far in my fitness journey. I highly recommend his classes nomatter what level of fitness.

A clean, professional, fully equipped gym on Manitoulin. It’s by far the best place to train and Kyle makes sure you see progress towards your goals!

Kyle offers challenging programming coupled with expert guidance on a daily basis. You may not know what he has in store for you when you show up but you can be sure you'll be leaving with a sense of accomplishment. As a military member, I've been fortunate to train at several different gyms across the country, and can say with certainty that Vitality Health and Fitness has everything you need to help you reach your goals. Manitoulin Island is lucky to have such a great service in a central location.

Kyle has been a godsend to rescue my fitness regime and keep me motivated to maintain fitness. He does his research and makes sure that his gym is a safe place to be. The space is always tidy and full of equipment that will make any workout interesting. Thanks Kyle!

I have been going to Vitality Health &Fitness for 2.5 years. Kyle is an extremely approachable coach who has an obvious passion for helping all his member achieve their goals. Energy and attitude of the other members here are number 1. This is the perfect gym for people who want to work out.
