I originally just bought parts to do repairs myself, but once the owner helped me install a part I bought without charging me anything since it was a quick fix. Since then I have some equipment I don't have the time or experience to fix easily myself so I decided to have these guys do it. I had an old leaf blower fixed and then my Cub Cadet lawn tractor plus I've bought several parts recently.
I usually end up dealing with the same counter person that I've seen there for at least a couple years and service has been very friendly and helpful.
