(June 16, 2023, 11:07 pm)I have been a patient of Heather’s for more than 5 years. I travelled to Kingston to see her when she worked at Progress Physiotherapy. I was so thrilled when she opened her practice in Napanee. I have ongoing neck and knee issues which are structural and won’t improve but Heather’s treatments allow me to walk and function. What a gift.
She has also treated my husband for chronic back pain. After a few treatment sessions he felt so much better. He was so relieved. We were both grateful that Heather fitted him in on short notice.
To sum up - Heather is the ultimate professional. She is thorough, welcoming and friendly. We are so lucky she moved her office to Napanee. -

(April 17, 2023, 8:33 pm)I received treatment from Brent Wareham in Sept. 2022 and Feb. 2023 after having knee replacement surgeries. Brent was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He motivated me to a full recovery with excellent knee flexion.

Happy to report that within just a few sessions she had alleviated the pain & headaches I had been experiencing. The one-on-one care Heather provides is top notch. She provides useful and realistic "homework" and very clearly cares about her clients. If I ever need physical therapy again, she'll be without a doubt the person I call. Highly recommend!
