She has no absolute knowledge about the product we were looking for. Good thing we went to the customer service area and ask our concerns . It was escalated quickly.

(April 25, 2019, 1:36 am)I needed fresh vegetables to make a salad and headed for the produce area of my local Wal-Mart.As usual there was a good selection of fresh produce available. Staff are always willing to help me locate any items that I cannot locate. The cashiers are always quick to tell me to leave awkward items in the buggy and come around with a portable scanner. Thank you for saving my back.

He took the time to hunt down the one we wanted, get it from outside in the cold, and had everything ready at the cash for us for an easy purchase. It sounds simple but he provided exceptional customer service which can be a rarity nowadays. We appreciate it greatly! Thank you Joe!
