After being ghosted by two local plumbers (perhaps to busy) my cousin recommended Bran Emmons Plumbing in Lyndhurst. I sent an email and they replied quickly and said they come to Gananoque fairly often. They came when they said they would (bonus) carefully removed part of the basement ceiling, found the problem, explained what the problem was and why it happened. That evening I received a quote. They came back when they said they would (another bonus) with all the parts, tools and supplies (i.e. no having to go off to the store). Brad and his helper (Tyler) were respectful, clean, and tidied up after themselves during and after the four hour job. I highly recommend them and would hired them again unreservedly. Just colour me happy.

Our first experience with Brad was great. He’s a great guy who does excellent work. Our bathroom Reno turned out great. We plan to work with him again.
