The staff at the Smiths Falls location goes above and beyond to ensure our staff has everything we require to operate a successful thriving business. When we began our company over 5 years ago; they provided us with the same level of support as they do now. It doesn’t matter on the size of your business, you matter to them.
As someone who had absolutely no knowledge in regards to the electrical industry, Mitch and the staff at Westburne always take the time to educate me so that I am able to do my job better. They are professional, thoughtful, genuine, and honest. They are quick to fix any mistakes; we are human and those happen. They are quick to reply to inquiries and are always smiling when I stop in to visit!
