They gave us breathing room, were up front with clear answers and showed that they knew their vehicles and policies so that my wife could make her own informed decisions. Both Isacc and Kevin were friendly yet professional in their demeanor and didn't use the typical cliche sales and closing techniques that are common at so many dealerships. Their caring is appreciated.
