(August 20, 2021, 6:30 pm)No issues with the price or the concrete aspect of the job(create an opening in the attached garage for a basement apartment). The installation of the door in the opening was amateur at best, actually used one of the concrete framing boards(concrete still attached) as part of the framing for the door. The landing at above the basement entrance was removed and to be replaced as per plans, measurements were inaccurate, wrong materials used and had to be corrected. There were issues with the municipality for the inspections also. Adam is a nice person but he needs to work on his professionalism and communication skills.
