(February 23, 2024, 12:43 pm)I have been waiting over a month for my final report to be uploaded it will be two months come march 12. i am getting no resolve from the company they cant seem to get the reports to their customers and all they do is apologize but no time on when the report will come in. also they say they will do follow up calls but never do i have to keep calling for the same thing and no answers from the company as to how to get my report.

(July 12, 2022, 6:52 pm)Easy time with the pre-retrofit assessment. Auditor was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been waiting for the final report to be uploaded in the portal for a month and I am getting dubious answers from the company.
