(March 5, 2019, 10:12 pm)Just over 14 years ago I started working at Carolina Retirement as a cook, since then I have been given many opportunities for growth and am now the General Manager of this fantastic Retirement Home. Over the years despite change, Carolina has remained a fabulous home for many seniors and a place of employment for many team members of all ages and career paths. At Carolina every team member is honoured to have the opportunity to serve our residents in their home. Team members are engaged everyday enriching the lives of the residents who call Carolina home.

I started off with the dietary team as my high school job, moved to the wellness team as a PSW when I graduated from college, and now I am the office manager. Carolina Retirement Residence gives you the chance to grow within the community! The team members and managers all have a passion for seniors, and it shows in the level of service each and everyone provides.
