I knew each day that when I needed to leave my home that it was safe in the hands of Sarge and crew. The crew was professional but empathetic of the situation that we were going through. (October 4, 2021, 1:22 am)We had a terrible flood from the kitchen that extended to the level below. Extensive water damage.
Tammy from Belfor was at my doorstep within the half hour of our initial phone conversation. While she assessed the damage, she dispatched a work crew to head towards our home. Tammy was professional and kind but not at all judgmental. The crew that arrived shortly thereafter, introduced themselves at the door. Josh & Gage worked swiftly to mitigate any further damage. They also took into consideration the safety of my husband, who has mobility issues, when placing machines and running cords. During subsequent visits, the Belfor team showed professionalism and courtesy while working in the home, as there were also healthcare providers present to care for my husband.
I cannot say enough good things about this team. I look forward to continue to work with them throughout this restoration. -

Kyle Smith was able to schedule us in quickly and provided excellent quality service. Belfor Perth office was attentive and very kind anytime while speaking with them and addressed a mould issue in a timely manner.
