(July 10, 2017, 11:47 am)Prescriptions are always ready when you expect them, the service is friendly, and their prices on a lot of generic over-the-counter (non-prescription) medications are _excellent_, much cheaper than chain pharmacy prices; I have yet to find anything that isn't cheaper than expected! Worth the drive from Almonte/Arnprior if you are tired of big chains constantly making you need to come back (because, oops, even though you asked them to call for a refill, or you have been taking the exact same thing for ages, ordering enough in time to fill your prescription didn't occur to them, so at least one Rx is still missing, and you get to go back, and possibly go back a third time, and...). They are pro-active and politely called with a heads-up when my GP did not respond to a fax in time for it to be filled on the usual day, saving me a trip.
This is a great old-school _pharmacy_ that takes its job of getting needed medication to people seriously, instead of the usual massive modern chain that is busier selling food, iPods, etc. It was also a badly needed business in the community! Highly recommended.
