(March 30, 2021, 10:42 pm)My parents just moved in to their new home built by Neilcorp Homes and it is absolutely perfect! It was a stretch, but we found only a single item for their Tarion 30 Day Warranty. I have bought several homes in the past and find that 30 items, a few of which are major is typical of a new build. Also, I have never seen such craftsmanship in a kitchen and the seem required of the countertop could not have been more perfect. I think someone in their organization possesses a trade secret on this :)

My wife and I went to look for new builds, and their staff is exceptionally customer-oriented, knowledgeable, attentive and focused. Their sample home depicts how their houses are and will quickly persuade you in their direction. Their builds are functionally beautiful.
The result is we bought a new build from one of their new communities. We are looking forward to moving into our newly built home :) -
