The service, the smiles, the conversation, and the great products they had that I could not find in Ottawa, made this experience amazing. Highly recommend them! They even gave me a nice discount, a cat toy, and a cat grass plant as gifts.

(December 8, 2021, 4:20 am)I honestly don't go anywhere else. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The stock selection has you covered for any pet you may have with any need. I always find awesome sales and even the regular prices tend to beat the big guys by a few bucks at least. I am pretty sure they are family owned and they are definitely local so that is something else you can feel good about. As far as I am concerned this is the only game around. Huge NPF fan!
