(January 6, 2019, 3:21 pm)Nice facility, friendly and helpful front counter staff. I use the RMT who works wonders on my shoulders on a monthly basis. Very good price point for this facility, with hold options on your membership if you will be away over 30 days. Expanding to include child care , nice touch.

(December 17, 2018, 1:15 am)Holistic fitness centre. Large gym and workout area with a vast array of machines, treadmills, free weights and bars. Never had to wait for machines even during peak periods.

(June 1, 2018, 1:55 pm)Great staff, programs, equipment and building. Having convenient access to other health professionals is a big plus. I've worked as staff and worked out in different gyms over the years and this is very good value for money. Highly recommend.
