Just bought a 2015 Ford Escape. Love it!!!! Adam and Anthony were amazing. They explained everything every step of the way. We didn't even have to go to the license bureau. It was just so easy. Brought my Focus in for tire change over and regular maintenance. I love that the service advisors are women. It certainly makes me feel more comfortable. I appreciated that they looked at my previous history and adjusted my charges as a result. Lisa made sure to keep my brake pads to show me and explain to me how they had eroded. They also gave me a loaner without me having to request it. I truly appreciate their great service and attention to detail!

My recent service work at Carleton Place Ford was very pleasant due to the friendly and competent service staff who kept me informed of the progress of the work and presented appropriate and well considered options in a timely manner.
The service staff know that your vehicle is important to you and approach tasks in a friendly and personable manner. This is not a big city "take a number and stand in line" operation. This is a small town "we want your business" and we can explain the "what is wrong and why it must be fixed" to you in plain terms dealership. I recommend Carleton Place Ford for service work.

On this my first visit to Carleton Ford, for oil and tire change, I was very satisfied. The employees at the front desk were very friendly. They seemed well informed about the car, and were able to clarify some of the issues i had about my new car. I appreciated the coffee i was offered while waiting in the pleasant waiting room. The work was completed in a timely manner. I'll be back.
