(March 8, 2019, 4:28 pm)My family has had to rely on this hospital too many times for life threatening emergencies. The staff have been very understanding. We have always been taken seriously and given excellent care. Whether it was a child who could not breath or stay concious or a diabetic trauma situation or the need to be sent via ambulance to CHEO, everyone stepped up and supported us. I want to thank all the staff that have supported us. Too many times it is the complaints that rise but I want to point out that every day caregivers wake up and go to work to help people. People have their off days but at the the end of the day medical professionals put in a lot of work to do what they do. Thank you.

(August 25, 2018, 1:28 am)I had to take my 2 year old daughter in tonight, she was scared to go, but the staff were wonderful and super nice to her which helped to make her more comfortable. The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and good with her. He took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood, we were very lucky to have such a great hospital near by.

(August 7, 2018, 5:15 pm)Most people only seem to leave a review when they are dissatisfied so I felt it necessary to go out of my way to leave this review. Gallbladder attack brought me to this hospital last night (my first time there) and they treated me wonderfully. They were kind, the wait was short and if I could leave a higher rating I would. It’s a small hospital and not every visit can be perfect but I have no complaints. Kind and attentive staff, the Dr was great and I was in and out quickly.
