At first, we attempted to negotiate with our current bank, unsure we were getting the best deal we started talking to other banks. Boy oh boy did it take forever to get a call back from a major bank, if they even called back that is. Leigh was able to get us multiple competitive offers within a week or two.
Once we started working with Leigh, it was an ABSOLUTE breeze. She took care of everything, absolutely all of it. The process was easy, the communication was very consistent and we felt very at ease knowing she had our best interests at heart. She put us in the right product for our needs after a good consultation of what the next 5 years might look like for us (investments, life, work, Reno’s, kids etc.)
She was able to get us a much better rate and save us a great deal of money in the process.
Wish we met Leigh 5 years ago for our initial mortgage!
Anybody even considering just going back to their bank for renewal or just getting a major bank for initial mortgage NEEDS to contact Leigh so she can work the banks for you. Find you the best deal amongst the 100’s of lenders out there.

With that being said, she went over each scenario and all the details needed for us to make the best decision for our case. She also made sure to stay on top of all the due dates so we didn’t miss and steps or deadlines. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and confident she will give a honest effort to make sure you have the best chance and best solution for you!!!!

We didn't realize that the mortgage we initially signed was not the right option for us (or best rate) and REALLY wish that we worked with her before buying our house. She really went out of her way to explain, advise and guide us into the best option based on her wealth of mortgage and financial knowledge. Leigh is so kind, understanding, professional, responsive and extremely thorough. Cannot recommend her enough!
