Trusting Manjiri with my fragile health was one of the best decisions I have made on my health journey. I was able to find missing links in my diet, such as using warming foods and medicinal spices to target imbalances. After successfully moving through and out of an intensive protocol guided by Manjiri, I was eager to attend her Spring Detox Cooking workshop, where she spent an entire morning making the most delicious Ayruvedic foods with a great group of people. I HIGHLY recommend this practitioner.

Her sound knowledge about Ayurveda, her dedication towards uplifting the status of Ayurveda in Canada makes her one of the most dynamic persons in the Ayurveda field today. I have known her from our under graduate days, and believe that she is a great friend and a great healer too. She is an accomplished Ayurvedic physician having spent years together studying Ayurveda and completing her post graduation from a highly coveted university.

(May 9, 2018, 11:31 am)I started seeing Manjiri September 2017. I felt sluggish with very low stamina and it was affecting my yoga practice. The summer was ending and a new season on the rise and my body was trying to tell me things were changing. She proposed a new way of eating, which involved eliminating all sugar as my body was full of inflammation. With a healthy diet and some great supplements my weight dropped to my goal weight and inflammation was greatly reduced. My drive and energy increased as well. I still maintain visits with Manjiri to monitor the seasonal changes in order to maintain a healthy practice on and off the mat. Thank you Manjiri ❤️????????

She does a thorough examination every time and gives you a list of detailed feedback after. She will always take the time to explain to her patients in a precise and simple manner to further educate them on good lifestyle.
