The RMT was proffessional and identified areas for me to focus on including exercises and stretches that I should consider adding to my daily routine. (March 22, 2021, 8:51 pm)As a long-time runner, weight-lifter, boxer, and grappler, I have numerous repetitive stress issues with my hands, elbows, knees, and especially my back. Nick Lord has helped me tremendously in my injury recovery and prevention for the future.
Nick's professionalism, amiable and relaxed disposition, overall knowledge, hands-on skills, and (most importantly) willingness to educate beyond the treatment you receive on the day of your appointment are second to none. I wish that I still lived in the area, so that I could continue to get consistent treatment from Nick, but he helped me with adjustments to my exercise routine, recovery process, and short/long term goals too, giving me knowledge to take with me when I left the room.
The quality of care at Lord's Health & Wellness is world class. I'm looking forward to booking another appointment the next time I'm back in Sarnia to visit family. -
