(July 30, 2020, 3:29 am)Second time I’ve stayed here during COVID. The hotel is beautifully decorated with quality sheets, towels, furniture and toiletries. The staff are all wonderful. Helpful, kind and always willing to make your stay better.
I highly recommend this hotel for any trip you’re making to Sarnia. -

(July 25, 2020, 9:06 pm)If I could give them 10 stars I would, I ate at the restaurant and the staff as well as the food and drinks were nothing short of amazing! They took a burger off of our bill as my friend didn’t eat it and came back for a review just to see if anything was wrong they were super kind

(July 23, 2020, 8:47 pm)Awesome.. the staff absolutely the best.. room were clean, there was no daily house keeping due to covid-19 but all you had to do was ask if in need and the staff provided no matter what their title... the food only on the patio (3 in total) was over and above expectations.

(June 29, 2020, 5:52 pm)This will forever be our Sarnia hotel. The staff, hotel and food was all really fantastic. As we were pulling out of the hotel the manager from the night before was pulling in and we were greeted with a huge smile and wave. I’m not sure if it was because they had just reopened or if service is always this way but we’ll find out as we plan to head back before summer is out.
