I also love the option to take private classes for one on one lessons that can be tailored to individual needs!

(March 7, 2019, 6:15 pm)Amazing place to go let off some steam and burn some calories and to just let go and meet some other moms. It is the absolute best and most supportive environment for healthy living. The instructor is incredibly kind and really makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome, even when you’re brand new. I also have had a spray tan done here and it’s the best I’ve ever had! Not to mention the clothing line. I basically live in Ikko apparel!
