(September 3, 2021, 3:05 pm)Our experience with XTREME Watersports was amazing! Captain Dan was professional, safe, and fun. We took our 3 girls (ages 9, 13, and 15) on a 2hr boat ride from Grand Bend to Bayfield. Once there, Captain Dan gave us time to jump off of the boat and swim, as well as some tubing on a quiet stretch of water. He was attentive to the ages of the kids, and adjusted his speed and turns perfectly to ensure everyone had a good time, but felt safe as well. Beautiful day and beautiful experience! Will definitely return. :)

The patience of the entire staff is incredible.
They were dealing with some INCREDIBLY rude, VERY late customers when we arrived. The office staff handled themselves professionally and were as kind as possible to people making ridiculous demands.
When it was our turn to check in, they were very efficient, kind and funny. The boys on the dock were also very good at explaining all of the operation and safety of the jet skis & area.
The bad reviews have to be from entitled people who think the world revolves around them.
This place is fantastic and I can’t wait to return with my friends before summer ends.
Shout out to Nessa & Andrea in the office for their patience, and humor on what must be a very long day in the hot sun & heat!! -

(August 27, 2021, 6:41 pm)First time going tubing and had an absolute blast! Captain Dan made sure to go easy on the kids but knows when to unleash on the young adults while also having a laugh. Memorable experience and lots of fun. Would highly recommend! Thank you Captain Dan!
